Visual Impact Systems created a “Customer Service Values” poster for the “Grand Region” of Michigan Paving & Materials with the “focus word” being “R.E.S.P.E.C.T.,” which they used as an acronym for: “Responsible,” Empathetic,” “Safe,” “Polite,” “Engaged,” “Community-driven,” and “Timely.” The posters will be framed and displayed in all their meeting rooms.
