Visual Impact Systems created a trade show booth for Motion Makers (EDAG Group) which they used first at the 2025 Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA) convention. The display components are from “Expand International.” The booth was designed to be modular, so that they can add supplementary components in the future, changing the ‘look’ and expanding the size of the marketing message.

The display is a “Lightbox Portable.” It is a LED ‘light box’ that stands out at the trade show and is easy to setup—without any tools (the frame parts just snap together). It also has a ‘pillow case’ type of graphic that can be changed in the future, and can have graphics on both sides.

We also provided a “PodiumCase” for shipping all the components and their marketing materials—which then can be transformed into a ‘podium/kiosk’ at the show.

Then we provided a “M2” retractable banner stand with a telescopic pole and removable graphic ‘roll’ (Being able to change to a new graphic in just one minute.)

Finally, we provided a “BrochureHolder” for displaying their brochures.

The booth was designed to be flexible, being able to be in two different ‘configurations’—a ‘straight’ backwall, and a ‘L-shaped’ version.
