Visual Impact Systems created a new 10′ deep x 20′ wide trade show booth for Sunbird Engineering—headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in China, Thailand, the UK, and the USA—for The Battery Show, North America in Detroit, Michigan, October 7-9, 2025.

In 2025, Sunbird procured a wider booth space so we needed to provide two additional 5′ wide GrandFabric display panels. The backwall display is a “Lightbox Portable” and the side walls are ‘panels’ from the “GrandFabric” system, both from Expand International. We also provided a “BrochureHolder” for their fliers. The counter was provided by our exhibit rental ‘partner’.

The Expand system showed its flexibility by allowing Sunbird to easily add the two more panels to expand to a the larger 20′ width booth space changing the ‘look’ of the display, having more and larger examples, having a separate table for more personal conversations, and allowing them to have more show attendees in the booth space at one time.

Visual Impact Systems provided Axis CrossMedia a 20′ deep x 20′ wide RENTAL exhibit—with a new layout— for one of their clients from Switzerland, Oetiker Limited, for The Battery Show, North America in Detroit, Michigan, October 7-9, 2025. Visual Impact Systems provided a 10′ deep x 20′ wide RENTAL exhibit again for Toyota Boshoku, from Japan,  for The Battery Show, North America in Detroit, Michigan, October 7-9, 2025. Primarily, it was the same as it was in 2024 with just a few changes: Squared off the end of the backwall on the left side; Added the Toyota Boshoku’s logo vertically to each end of the backwall; Raised the TV monitor all the way to the top edge of the display wall and removed their logo from that wall; Lowered the hydrogen bike a bit and put their Hydrogen bike logo below the bike.
