We designed and produced a new retractable banner stand for University Prep Schools for use by their Human Resources department at recruitment events outside the school. The stand we provided was from Expand International—the MediaScreen 3—which has a telescopic pole to be able to have a variable height presented (both on the floor and on a table). It also has an artwork ‘cartridge’ to be able to change the graphic panel in just minutes.

Visual Impact Systems helped Seco Energy with a trade show backwall that they will use for a variety of shows in the future. A product from Expand International, the “BannerStand”, is a non-retactable display that was perfect for their needs. Since the displays ‘attached’ to each other with “edge magnets,” Seco Energy can create a display that is one, two, or three ‘panels’ wide (as well as being able to add more panels in the future). All this allows great portability, a quick to set up, ease of use, and future flexibility.

Visual Impact Systems helped Applied Tech Systems with a trade show display that they will use for a variety of shows in the future. A product from Expand International, the “BannerStand”, is a non-retactable display that was perfect for their needs (since Visual Impact Systems customized the system by swapping out the graphics for Velcro ‘panels’). Separate graphics were then ‘attached’ to the displays with Velcro ‘hook’, allowing ATS to ‘mix-and-match’ the graphic panels and customize the message for each show they attend. Since the displays ‘attached’ to each other with “edge magnets,” ATS can create a display that is one, two, or three ‘panels’ wide (as well as being able to add more panels in the future). All this allows great portability, a quick to set up, ease of use, and future flexibility. We also provided a “PodiumCase” for shipping the display to the show, which transformed into a ‘podium/kiosk’ at the show (which also has shelving inside it to allow for storage of literature and examples at the show).

Visual Impact Systems helped Nifco America with creating a portable ‘exhibition’ that they will set up in a building on the ‘campus’ of many of the major automotive manufacturers. This allows the executives and engineers to have direct interaction with Nifco engineers in a relaxed atmosphere, while being more convenient and productive since they don’t have to travel to a convention center and spend time away from the office. We provided a “BigFabric” pop-up display, “QuickScreen 3” retractable displays, “BannerStand” non-retractable displays, and a “PodiumCase” shipping case, all from Expand International. We also created a customized banner stand with Velcro fabric (instead of a graphic), so they could change/customize the graphics for each different customer they exhibit for. In addition to the displays, we constructed two interactive kiosks using products from ELO, BrightSign, and McRae Imaging, then produced a sequence of videos showing Nifco capabilities. Coordinated table covers and customized promotional items were also provided.

Before they went to their first customer, we provided them with the 3D rendering of the layout (and a floor plan to use for set up), to show them what their exhibition would look like and how it would fit into the customer’s atrium space. (Real exhibition set-up shown below).
