Visual Impact Systems produced two new trade show display graphics ‘panels’ and two new retractable banner stands for one of Axis CrossMedia’s clients, Workcomp+. Since the client originally purchased the “BigFabric” popup display—from Expand International—the graphic ‘panel’ is removable (it is attached to the pop-up frame via Velcro), so they just had to have the new graphics produced for the two new shows they were going to attend.

We also supplied two new retractable banner stands showing specific therapy offerings for firefighters and construction workers.

Visual Impact Systems created a corporate information package for Data Tech Cafe, who provide IT enterprise technology solutions for a variety of industries and businesses. Their services include “Managed Services,” “Cloud Services,” Field Services,” and Consulting Services. We designed a presentation pocket folder that held a variety of information handouts, and updated their business card design. A retractable banner presented their ‘message’ quickly, since it was going to be used at trade shows.

Visual Impact Systems assisted Axis CrossMedia with a trade show display for one of their clients. The display was from Expand International—the “BigFabric” popup display—which was the perfect solution for their clients’ needs. It allows portability, is quick to set up, easy to use, and has the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in the future (it is attached to the pop-up frame with Velcro). They opted for the optional “end caps,” so that the pop-up frame cannot be seen from the side. We also provided a pair of coordinated table covers (6′ and 8′ sizes).

Visual Impact Systems helped Andrew Marke with a trade show display for their future expos. The display components are from Expand International. The display is a “BigFabric” pop-up. It allows portability, are quick to set up, easy to use, and have the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in the future. A unique feature is that instead of the printed graphic attached to the pop-up frame, we fabricated a Velcro fabric ‘panel’ that allows graphics with Velcro “hook” on the back to be ‘stuck’ to the display—with the ability to reposition and/or change the graphics any time they wanted to. We then produced a variety of laminated, rollable graphics to be placed on the display in a prearranged layout.

(They have ‘re-used’ these pop-up frames by just updating the graphic ‘panels’ every year for the many years they have had these displays). They also used a “PodiumBox” for shipping the displays and their marketing materials, which was then transformed into a ‘kiosk’ at the show.
