Visual Impact Systems provided new trade show shipping cases for Sunbird Engineering. Since they expanded the booth space to 20′ wide (https://visualimpactsystems.com/visual-impact-systems-provides-trade-show-booth-again-for-sunbird-engineering/) and they said they would like to have the ability to go to two different shows at the same time, we provided some new wheeled nylon shipping cases from Expand International to separate the displays and some hard-sided cases to protect  all of their lights.

We then separated each one of their displays, put them in separate shipping cases, and then marked each cardboard shipping box what was inside them.

Visual Impact Systems created a new 10′ deep x 20′ wide trade show booth for Sunbird Engineering—headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in China, Thailand, the UK, and the USA—for The Battery Show, North America in Detroit, Michigan, October 7-9, 2025.

In 2025, Sunbird procured a wider booth space so we needed to provide two additional 5′ wide GrandFabric display panels. The backwall display is a “Lightbox Portable” and the side walls are ‘panels’ from the “GrandFabric” system, both from Expand International. We also provided a “BrochureHolder” for their fliers. The counter was provided by our exhibit rental ‘partner’.

The Expand system showed its flexibility by allowing Sunbird to easily add the two more panels to expand to a the larger 20′ width booth space changing the ‘look’ of the display, having more and larger examples, having a separate table for more personal conversations, and allowing them to have more show attendees in the booth space at one time.

Visual Impact Systems updated a trade show booth for MARQ4 Automation, a ‘sister’ company of Marquardt Switches for the EASTEC 2025 trade show. The display components are from Expand International. The display is a “GrandFabric” system with a “Lightbox Portable.” The system is very portable, quick to set up, easy to use, and has the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in just minutes at the show (a zippered “pillowcase” that can have graphics on both sides), as well as changing the ‘look’ in the future.

We also provided a “PodiumCase” for shipping all the components and their marketing materials—which then was transformed into a ‘podium/kiosk’ at the show.

We utilized one Lightbox Portable and the PodiumCase from the previous Marquardt Switches booth layout and created new graphics for them. Then we added a new GrandFabric panel with an integrated VESA monitor holder and a new GrandFabric half wall.

Visual Impact Systems created a 10′ deep x 10′ wide trade show booth for Sunbird Engineering—headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in China, Thailand, the UK, and the USA—for The Battery Show, North America in Detroit, Michigan, October 8-10, 2024.

We originally consulted with them by providing a variety of systems to choose from, and then had them come by our offices to see the systems ‘in person’ in our demo room. They selected display components from Expand International.

We provided a variety of conceptual layouts and worked with them to finalized the design and layout. (Their marketing firm created all of the graphics for the lightbox, side walls, and the counter. We then ‘fine tuned’ all of the graphics to make them compatible with Expand’s output specifications.) A week before the expo, we set up the entire booth in our facilities to preview it for Sunbird. We then set up and dismantled the trade show booth at the show. A ‘turn-key’ solution for Sunbird.

The display components are from Expand International using their “GrandFabric” system.” The system is very portable, quick to set up, easy to use, and has the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in just minutes at the show (a zippered “pillowcase” that can have graphics on both sides), as well as changing the ‘look’ in the future. We also integrated a VESA mount into the middle frame, so they can attach a 50″ LCD TV/monitor to it.

We also provided a retractable banner stand with a custom-designed map showing their location relative to the new “Drone Corridor” in New York State.

Visual Impact Systems provided the I&D (Installation and Dismantle) services for the trade show booth for Ascorium Industries. We provided all of the pre-show coordination with the conference center, some additional Expand “GrandFabric” system “Lightboxes”, and created a new layout of the panels since they had an island booth. We then coordinated with their advertising agency in Germany (Bürger Albrecht Partner) to get the artwork designed properly for the Lightboxes.

We then set up the exhibit at the conference center, visited the booth during the show, tore down the exhibit after the show was over, and returned everything to the North American sales offices of Ascorium.
