Visual Impact Systems produced retractable banners for one of Axis CrossMedia’s clients, a leading industrial induction company from Germany, Himmelwerk. They were used in their booth at The Battery Show, North America in Detroit, Michigan, October 8-10, 2024.

We worked with AXIS Crossmedia to produce these retractable banners on a ‘rushed’ timeline for Himmelwerk to be able to exhibit at The Battery Show. As a ‘team’, we only had just one week for AXIS to do the design and for us to have the graphic output, install the graphic, and deliver them before the show started. As you can see, we were successful.

It allows portability, is quick to set up, and is easy to use, It has the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in the future. Visual Impact Systems produced new graphic panels for Ascorium Industries for the 2024 CAMX show. Since Ascorium already had purchased Expand’s Lightbox Portable displays—which all have easily removable ‘pillowcase’ graphics—we created a focused message for the attendees of the composites and advanced materials expo. We coordinated with their marketing director for the message they wanted to portray, created the new artwork, and had it produced by Expand Media.

Visual Impact Systems created a trade show booth for Corporate Travel for their future expos using display components from Expand International.

The display is a “Lightbox Portable.” It is a LED ‘light box’ that stands out at the trade show and is easy to setup—without any tools (the frame parts just snap together). It also has a ‘pillow case’ type of graphic that can be changed in the future, and can have graphics on both sides—which Corporate Travel decided to do (one side for their “Pilgrimages” experiences and the other side for their “Classic Performances” travel option).

We also provided a “BrochureHolder” for displaying their brochures, and a “PodiumCase” for shipping all the components and their marketing materials—which then can be transformed into a ‘podium/kiosk’ at the show. The booth was designed to be modular, so that they can add supplementary components in the future, changing the ‘look’ and expanding the size of the marketing message.

Visual Impact Systems produced two new trade show display graphics ‘panels’ and two new retractable banner stands for one of Axis CrossMedia’s clients, Workcomp+. Since the client originally purchased the “BigFabric” popup display—from Expand International—the graphic ‘panel’ is removable (it is attached to the pop-up frame via Velcro), so they just had to have the new graphics produced for the two new shows they were going to attend.

We also supplied two new retractable banner stands showing specific therapy offerings for firefighters and construction workers.

Visual Impact Systems created a trade show booth for Search Optics for an upcoming automotive dealer expo and future events. The display components are from Expand International using their “GrandFabric” system.” The system is very portable, quick to set up, easy to use, and has the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in just minutes at the show (a zippered “pillowcase” that can have graphics on both sides), as well as changing the ‘look’ in the future. We also integrated a VESA mount into the middle frame, so they can attach a 50″ LCD TV/monitor to it.

We also provided a “PodiumCase” for shipping all the components and their marketing materials—which then was transformed into a ‘podium/kiosk’ at the show.

The booth was designed to be flexible, being able to be in two different ‘configurations’—a ‘straight’ backwall, and a L-shaped version.
