With Recticel Automotive’s headquarters being in Germany, and the trade show in the U.S. (Detroit, Michigan area), Visual Impact Systems provided the I&D (Installation and Dismantle) services for their trade show booth, all of the pre-show coordination with the conference center, and the Expand "GrandFabric" system with "Lightboxes". We then coordinated with their advertising agency in Germany (Bürger Albrecht Partner) to get the artwork designed properly, and then we prepped it for output at Expand’s U.S location in Connecticut.

We also provided the design and manufacture of a high cocktail table cover.

So that there were no ‘surprises’ at the show, we set up the entire booth at their U.S. sales offices in Michigan, and send photos back to German headquarters for approval (which you can see by the photos below, there was some repositioning of the parts exhibits).

We then set up the exhibit at the conference center, visited the booth during the show, tore down the exhibit after the show was over, and returned everything to the sales offices.

Visual Impact Systems provided Cornerstone Charter Schools with a ‘self-packing’ tabletop display for the HR department to use at recruitment expos. We used the “ShowStyle Pro 32” display from ExpoGo because the graphics can stay inside the display and are protected during shipment, and the Velcro ‘fabric’ allows them to change the graphic ‘panels’ for other departments to use for their trade shows. We also installed a new graphic ‘panel’ in a current banner stand, and provided a new coordinated table cover.

Visual Impact Systems produced a new trade show display graphic ‘panel’ and special table cover for one of Axis CrossMedia’s clients. Since the client originally purchased the “BigFabric” popup display—from Expand International—the ‘panel’ is removable (it is attached to the pop-up frame with Velcro), so they just had to have the new graphic produced for the new show they were going to attend.

The coordinated table cover is a bit unique since new dye-sublimation printing technology can now print on the entire area of the cover (all four sides and the top) with whatever graphics you want—which maximizes the visual impact of your marketing message.

Visual Impact Systems created a trade show booth for Master Maintenance for their future expos. The display components are from Expand International. The display is a “GrandFabric” system with a “Lightbox Portable.” The system is very portable, quick to set up, easy to use, and has the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in just minutes at the show (a zippered “pillowcase” that can have graphics on both sides), as well as changing the ‘look’ in the future. We also provided a “BrochureHolder” for displaying their brochures, and two “PodiumCases” for shipping all the components and their marketing materials—which then can be transformed into a ‘podium/kiosk’ at the show (and one of them was ‘hidden’ behind the curved panel, so they did not have to have anything put in storage—not having to wait for anything when the show ends). We also provided them with an Expand “MonitorStand XL” that would hold a monitor (that they would rent at the show) that would play their overview video. The booth was designed to be modular, so they could use only the components they needed for any particular show, and changing the ‘look’ of the booth every time they exhibit. (See three different shows below).

We provided some new retractable banner stands for the Cornerstone Charter Schools for use in their schools. We output of the new graphics, and the installation of the graphics into the banner stands we provided from Expand International—the MediaScreen—which has a telescopic pole to be able to have a variable height presented (both on the floor and on a table). It also has an artwork ‘cartridge’ to be able to change the graphic panel in just minutes. We also installed all new graphic panels in a variety of other current banner stands they had.
