Visual Impact Systems created a trade show booth for Revenue Cycle Solutions and Ascend Solutions. It was a 20′ wide booth space that we separated between the two companies.

We created two different 8′ wide backwall displays with coordinated Expand M2 retractable banner stands that were separated with a ‘fence’ display. Each company also had their own Expand PodiumCase kiosk that also was a shipping case for the displays and banner stands.

We also provided two portable Expand MonitorStand XLs to hold 60″ LCD monitors that showed a product slideshow on one screen and the screen of a portable computer showing the product interactively.

We then created a flyer of the two companies that showd the different products and services side-by-side, and updated all of their business cards.

Visual Impact Systems created a variety of conference materials for Revenue Cycle Solutions and Ascend Solutions. The founder of these companies, Robert Kowalick, was going to present the data-driven strategies that were at the ‘foundation’ of these two new companies, and how these companies can reduce the “revenue complexity” of a medical practice and help them increase the value of their practice.

So, we first created business cards, letterhead, and an informational flyer (and an e-mail that summarized the flyer). We then created a trade show display, retractable banners, and navigational posters to help to present the unique service RCS and Ascend were providing. Finally, we added two new web pages to their current website to offer additional information for the conference presentation attendees.

Visual Impact Systems helped Allegiance Crane with trade show displays for their first trade show expo. The display products from Expand International—“BigFabric” pop-up and a “M2” retractable—were the perfect solution for their needs. These display products allow portability, are quick to set up, easy to use, and have the ability to easily change the marketing message in the future. We also provided a “PodiumCase” for the shipping, which transformed into a ‘podium/kiosk’ at the show.
