Visual Impact Systems produced a trade show booth for NOVO DR. The two 10′ displays are from Expand International—“MediaFabric” pop-ups. They allow portability, are quick to set up, and are easy to use, They have the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in the future. We also provided two “PodiumCases” for shipping the displays and their marketing materials—which then can be transformed into a ‘podium/kiosk’ at the show.

Having two separate displays and two separate PodiumCases allowed them to have either a 20′ wide display or (2) 10′ displays at two separate shows at the same time. The removable graphics also gave them the ability to change the ‘coordinated’ graphics for the 20′ booth to two different graphics for each 10′ display to have the marketing message focused on the particular show they will be presenting at. [ Note: The two PodiumCases can also be used together to create a ‘double-wide’ podium—the PodiumCase XL. ]

Visual Impact Systems provided Cornerstone Charter Schools with a ‘self-packing’ tabletop display for the HR department to use at recruitment expos. We used the “ShowStyle Pro 32” display from ExpoGo because the graphics can stay inside the display and are protected during shipment, and the Velcro ‘fabric’ allows them to change the graphic ‘panels’ for other departments to use for their trade shows. We also installed a new graphic ‘panel’ in a current banner stand, and provided a new coordinated table cover.

Visual Impact Systems created a trade show booth for Vision Specialists of Michigan for their future expos. The display components are from Expand International. The displays are “MediaFabric” pop-ups. They allow portability, are quick to set up, easy to use, and have the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in the future. We also provided a “BrochureHolder” for displaying their brochures, and a “PodiumCase” and a “PodiumBox” for shipping the displays and their marketing materials—which then can be transformed into a ‘podium/kiosk’ at the show. We also provided them with an Expand “MonitorStand” that would hold a monitor (that they would rent at the show) that would play their overview video. The booth was designed to be modular, so they could use only the components they needed for any particular show.

Visual Impact Systems helped Tower International with a photo backdrop for a trade show expo. The display is from Expand International—the “MediaFabric” popup display—was the perfect solution for their needs. It allows portability, is quick to set up, easy to use, and has the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in the future (it is attached to the pop-up frame with Velcro). To increase the flexibility, we used two pop-up frames, placed side-by-side, to create a 20′ wide backdrop for the press relation events, so that they would be able to use just a single 10′ wide pop-up (with a different graphic attached to it) for other events or occasions. [ They later added a “light blocker” to the back of the frame, since they wanted to put the backdrop in front of a bank of windows ].
