Visual Impact Systems created a second direct mail piece for EZClaim since this one was going to be mailed to MANY more people. The first VERY ‘SPECIAL’ mailer (click here to see it) was sent to only 250 people. This mailer was going to be sent to over 3,500 people—so we created a more cost-effective ‘postcard’ that was coordinated with the overall message of the first mailer but we just changed the sport that was highlighted since it was now hockey season. However, it was still a ‘bit’ special, since we used a clear plastic envelope.

This campaign was focused on offering a considerable incentive to the current user of old billing software that resided on their computer (an “app”) to upgrade to the new system that resides in the ‘Cloud’ (now a “SaaS” product).

[ Note: Again, EZClaim was “very happy” with the amount of response to the promotion. ]
