Visual Impact Systems created some new table covers for Cornerstone Charter Schools, with a new product from Optima Graphics called the “S-Throw.” It allows for printing on the entire cover area and does not have any seams on the edges (which makes it less expensive than the ‘standard’ table cover, since it does not require the labor of sewing all the pieces together).
They will be using these table covers for the Human Resources expos they are going to attend. We used a photo of the children that attend their charter schools to quickly communicate to the viewer the company’s focus.
Visual Impact Systems does not only do table covers. We are a full-service advertising and marketing firm, with over 31 years of expertise in combining compelling design, a strong marketing strategy, and innovative technologies into a coordinated message—transforming communications with our proven ‘Integrated Multimedia‘ approach, we call “Transformaction.”

Visual Impact Systems created an entirely new website for WJ Cousins and Associates after they expanded their security consulting expertise in general business investigative, consulting, litigation, and protection services into the cannabis industry.
We culled the appropriate content from their business security website and then suggested a new hierarchy for the new website. We then suggested a couple of different ‘looks’ that we combined to achieve what the client was envisioning. Logos Communications then took the content from the old website and custom-crafted new content that explained how their expertise and experience have made WJ Cousins and Associates a sought-after authority in “seed to sale security” for marijuana facilities— having authored over 100 cannabis security plans in multiple states.
We then took the content and the new cannabis-related images and graphics and ‘married’ it with the WordPress theme we had configured and developed. We fine-tuned the site by integrating the selected keywords into the site and then submitted the site to all the search engines. We currently are populating the blog with new posts and maintaining the site’s security and backups.
If you have a core business that you would like to expand into a related industry, we just might be able to help you do that. Contact us so we can determine if we can be of help in growing your business.

For the past 10+ years, Visual Impact Systems has supplied TC Energy (TransCanada) with ExpoGo‘s “ShowStyle Pro32” self-packing displays. They use them nationwide to present the safety procedures they employ in the communities that their pipelines go through.
The great thing about the ShowStyle Pro32 display is that it has Velcro ‘loop’ (fabric) on the inside so you can change out the (4) graphic panels (that have Velcro ‘hook’ on the back of them). This allows TC Energy to have just one display and use it for a variety of different communities around their storage and “compressor” facilities (with different maps that show which communities the pipeline goes through). This saves them a substantial amount of money in comparison to a ‘dedicated’ display that cannot change its graphics.
Recently, we provided them with 100+ ‘blank’ displays (without graphics) since they are revising the ‘look’ of their graphics (changing from “TransCanada” to “TC Energy”). We also provided nationwide distribution services sending the displays to each location. Currently, they are redesigning the ‘look’ of the graphic panels, after which they will then just be able to then output the new graphic panels to update their presentations.
Below are samples of the past displays (with graphic panels) and the ‘blank’ display (without graphic panels) that we just send out to all their U.S. locations.

We spent an entire week (October 5-10, 2020) in Detroit—specifically in the Central High School area—to help, pro bono, the non-profit Life Remodeled with executing their planned “remodeling” of the surrounding neighborhood, and “repurpose” the previous Durfee Elementary-Middle School (now the “Durfee Innovation Society). We were responsible for the design and production of promotional brochures and flyers, signage, banners, t-shirt graphics, social media channel graphics, website updates, and capturing the project photographically. Most of the graphics work was done before the ‘build week’, and most of the photography and filming were done during the week-long ‘campaign’.
In response to COVID-19, we had to change the way we organized our 2020 Six Day Project.
Life Remodeled has been organizing Six-Day Projects for 10 straight years, and every single one has been unique and powerful—and even though, because of social distancing, this project week was ALSO exception: In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to mobilize 2,021 awesome volunteers to remove the blight on 71 blocks, make improvements to the Durfee Innovation Society, and revitalize a broken-down playscape.
Ninety-nine percent of their volunteers said that their pandemic safety measures helped them feel safe from COVID-19 while volunteering. During a time in our country’s history when we are experiencing extreme polarization, 99% of their volunteers also said they felt a greater sense of connectedness with others during the project.
Not only is blight psychologically damaging to children and families who have to look at it, but it plays a significant factor in crime rates. Because the City of Detroit had to make substantial budget cuts in 2020, the blight removal effort from Life Remodeled’s passionate and hard-working volunteers was ven MORE NEEDED and much appreciated by Mayor Duggan.
Thanks to Patronicity, the MEDC, and the 43 donors who helped crowdfund this campaign, they raised $21,558 in less than 24 hours to purchase much-needed equipment and supplies to bring a playscape back to life again. A crew of amazing volunteers from FCA completed the renovation in only four days, and the Life Remodeled Community Advisory Council and students from Durfee Elementary dedicated it as the “John R. Lewis Playscape.”
If you are interested, there are over 5,600 photos that we, and a team of photographers, took to capture all of the activities during the ‘build week’

Visual Impact Systems created a coordinated package of flyer and brochure that communicated to a contractor that they were digging in an area that there is a TC Energy (TransCanada) pipeline, and that they needed to contact a representative to come out and mark the location—so there would be no ‘issues’ or, more importantly, explosions. We also created a lawn sign to be placed very near where the pipeline is.

Visual Impact System just started a comprehensive ‘renovation’ to the EZClaim medical billing software website. We first created a proposal that included a competitive analysis, an SEO strategy, suggested additions, a proposed new ‘look’ for the site, and a modular implementation timeline.
Specifically, these are some of the major items we will be providing:
– Made the site more user friendly (restructured navigation)
– Created ‘landing pages’
– Added new pages and graphics
– Launched an AdWords campaign (Implemented by Search Ad Marketing)
– Moved the site to one of the best WordPress hosting companies, WPEngine – Added the WP-Rocket cache
(which with WPEngine increased the speed of the site and decreased the cost per click) – Continually analyzed and corrected errors with SEMRush
– Researched and implemented visitor tracking
– Updated their YouTube channel
– Implemented SEO for the website and YouTube channel
– Coordinating their branding
– Collaborating with their HubSpot CRM and marketing platform
– Progressively updating the site to a new ‘look’
– Do weekly updates in a Staging environment, ‘push’ updates to the Live site
– Tested new WordPress and plugin updates in a Development environment
– Perform site backups and maintained site security
[ NOTE: We continue to update the website, so click on this link to see what it looks like now ].
