Visual Impact Systems created a 10′ deep x 10′ wide trade show booth for Sunbird Engineering—headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in China, Thailand, the UK, and the USA—for the The Battery Show, North America in Detroit, Michigan, October 8-10, 2024.

We originally consulted with them by providing a variety of systems to choose from, and then had them come by our offices to see the systems ‘in person’ in our demo room. They selected display components from Expand International.

We provided a variety of conceptual layouts and worked with them to finalized the design and layout. (Their marketing firm created all of the graphics for the lightbox, side walls, and the counter. We then ‘fine tuned’ all of the graphics to make them compatible with Expand’s output specifications.) A week before the expo, we set up the entire booth in our facilities to preview it for Sunbird. We then set up and dismantled the trade show booth at the show. A ‘turn-key’ solution for Sunbird.

The backwall display is a “Lightbox Portable” and the side walls are ‘panels’ from the “GrandFabric” system. We also provided a “BrochureHolder” for their fliers. The counter was provided by our exhibit rental ‘partner’.

The system is very portable, quick to set up, easy to use, and has the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in just minutes (a zippered “pillowcase” that slips over the frame, which can have graphics on both sides). The system also allows for more panels to be added in the future to expand to a larger booth space or just change the ‘look’ of the display.

We provided a variety of trade show exhibit options, created some conceptual layouts, and helped finalize the design and layout. Toyota Boshoku created all of the final graphics for the walls and counters.

Visual Impact Systems provided a RENTAL trade show exhibit to Technica Engineering for the Automotive Testing Expo in Novi, Michigan—with a VERY QUICK turnaround.

Technica Engineering is headquartered in Munich, Germany, and decided at the ‘last minute’ (just a few weeks before the show) that they would like to exhibit—which ‘normally’ takes at least a month to do the conceptualization, changes, final design, and then the setup prior to shipment for approval. We turned it around in just two weeks!

Since these exhibits are constructed with pre-made ‘frames’—and what they needed was available in stock—so we were able to accommodate their need.
