We designed and produced a new retractable banner stand for University Prep Schools for use by their Human Resources department at recruitment events outside the school. The stand we provided was from Expand International—the MediaScreen 3—which has a telescopic pole to be able to have a variable height presented (both on the floor and on a table). It also has an artwork ‘cartridge’ to be able to change the graphic panel in just minutes.

Visual Impact Systems updated the graphics for the NOVO DR trade show booth backwall that is created by two 10′ “MediaFabric” pop-up from Expand International. The graphic ‘panel’ is easily changed since it is attached to the pop-up frame with Velcro. They opted for the optional “end caps,” so that the pop-up frame cannot be seen from the side.

Visual Impact Systems created a trade show booth for Marquardt Switches for their future expos. The display components are from Expand International. The display is a “GrandFabric” system with a “Lightbox Portable.” The system is very portable, quick to set up, easy to use, and has the ability to easily change the graphic ‘panel’ in just minutes at the show (a zippered “pillowcase” that can have graphics on both sides), as well as changing the ‘look’ in the future.

We also provided a “BrochureHolder” for displaying their brochures, and a “PodiumCase” for shipping all the components and their marketing materials—which then was transformed into a ‘podium/kiosk’ at the show.

We also provided a retractable banner stand with a custom-designed map showing their location relative to the new “Drone Corridor” in New York State.

The booth was designed to be modular, so they could use only the components they needed for any particular show, and change the ‘look’ of the booth every time they exhibit.

Visual Impact Systems helped Advanced Fluid Technologies with a trade show display that made a ‘huge’ impression at an industry conference. A product from Expand International, the “MediaScreen XL”, is a retractable display that is almost 10′ in height.  They also have magnetic ‘connectors’ built into the top ‘profile’ that create a near-seamless look.

Visual Impact Systems provided Dragun Corporation with a ‘self-packing’ tabletop display to present an overview of their services. We used the “ShowMax” display from ExpoGo because the graphics can stay inside the display and are protected during shipment, and the Velcro ‘fabric’ allows them to change the graphic panels for varying audiences and different trade shows.

We created a set of graphic ‘panels’ that presented who they are and the services they offer (About Us; Dragun’s Integrity; U.S. Office; Canadian Office). We coordinated the ‘look’ with their website layout, style, and colors.

Visual Impact Systems provided a RENTAL trade show exhibit to Technica Engineering for the Automotive Testing Expo in Novi, Michigan—with a VERY QUICK turnaround.

Technica Engineering is headquartered in Munich, Germany, and decided at the ‘last minute’ (just a few weeks before the show) that they would like to exhibit—which ‘normally’ takes at least a month to do the conceptualization, changes, final design, and then the setup prior to shipment for approval. We turned it around in just two weeks!

Since these exhibits are constructed with pre-made ‘frames’—and what they needed was available in stock—so we were able to accommodate their need.

Visual Impact Systems provided the I&D (Installation and Dismantle) services for the trade show booth for Ascorium Industries. We provided all of the pre-show coordination with the conference center, some additional Expand “GrandFabric” system “Lightboxes”, and created a new layout of the panels since they had an island booth. We then coordinated with their advertising agency in Germany (Bürger Albrecht Partner) to get the artwork designed properly for the Lightboxes.

We then set up the exhibit at the conference center, visited the booth during the show, tore down the exhibit after the show was over, and returned everything to the North American sales offices of Ascorium.
