Visual Impact Systems provided a 10′ deep x 20′ wide RENTAL exhibit for Toyota Boshoku, from Japan,  for The Battery Show, North America in Detroit, Michigan, October 8-10, 2024. They announced their hydrogen bicycle concept at the show.

We provided a variety of trade show exhibit options, created some conceptual layouts, and helped finalize the design and layout. Toyota Boshoku created all of the final graphics for the walls and counters.

Our exhibit rental ‘partner’ set up the entire exhibit in their facilities for Toyota Boshoku representatives to preview the week before the show. They then set up and dismantled the exhibit at the show. A ‘turn-key’ solution for Toyota Boshoku.

Visual Impact Systems provided a RENTAL trade show exhibit to Technica Engineering for the Automotive Testing Expo in Novi, Michigan—with a VERY QUICK turnaround.

Technica Engineering is headquartered in Munich, Germany, and decided at the ‘last minute’ (just a few weeks before the show) that they would like to exhibit—which ‘normally’ takes at least a month to do the conceptualization, changes, final design, and then the setup prior to shipment for approval. We turned it around in just two weeks!

Since these exhibits are constructed with pre-made ‘frames’—and what they needed was available in stock—so we were able to accommodate their need.

As shown below, you can pretty much have what you can imagine—multiple stories, lightbox arches, LED walls, hanging signs, raised floors, desks, and customized furniture. A unique feature is that there is also a “RENT-TO-OWN” program (Owning the exhibit after an agreed-upon number of rentals).

Since these exhibits are constructed with a modular system, your future exhibits can be changed—for a different ‘look’ or to change the size for different shows.
