This video shows examples, and presents testimonials for Nozer Buchia‘s work as an author, speaker, entrepreneur, business coach, and life coach.

His latest and second book, “Roadmap To Success,” was co-authored with Ken Blanchard and Dr. Deepak Chopra. In this book, he emphasizes the fact that success is always within one’s reach, as long as one has the dedication, determination and the drive to get there. The reader is encouraged to challenge the way it has always been done, and is guided along the path to success.

His first book, “Why Entrepreneurs REALLY Fail,” was written just for college and university students venturing down the entrepreneurial path as a career after their initial education—or those that want to rewrite the rules of the game and are not just content to follow—but want to lead.

The video also shows examples of Nozer’s speeches—worldwide—from all around the U.S. to India, and to the United Arab Emirates.

Nozer has coached a variety of entrepreneurs with their start-up businesses, and also established companies with sales and organizational issues.

Visual Impact Systems helped Jemms-Cascade (Jemms) with their expansion into the European market with a brand-new trade show exhibit that premiered at the 33rd annual “Motek International Automation Trade Fair” in Stuttgart, Germany, a few weeks ago.

As you can see from the above overview picture of the show, the competition for being noticed was fierce. Since this was Jemms’ first foray into international competition, we suggested the aluminum extrusion system from AGAM. It would give Jemms a ‘premium’ image, and would allow them to ‘test’ the receptiveness of the European market with a smaller exhibit now, that could be easily expanded in the future. The AGAM system has served the display industry for over 25 years, with a system that is equipped with a pre-installed connector that essentially needs just a few “hex-key” tools to put it together. AGAM offers a wide variety of extrusions and accessories that can create most anything one can imagine.

To communicate our concept for the exhibit to Jemms, we provided them with detailed plans, elevations, a 3D rendering of what their booth ‘frame’ would look like, and how it would fit into the booth space they had.

To make the exhibit a bit more flexible—so it can be used at smaller shows—we used (5) “MediaScreen XL” retractable bannerstands from Expand International in-between the ‘towers’, and a double-sided MediaScreen 2 out by the aisle to draw visitors into the booth. To have a ‘focus’ for visitors and a place to store promotional materials, we provided an Expand “PodiumCase” which transformed into a shipping case that carried the director’s chairs and the table.

We were also helped by many quality suppliers. The graphic artwork for the bannerstands and signs were provided by Axis CrossMedia. The plastic panels were provided by Total Plastics, Inc. The “Dekor” lighting was provided by Light Source, Inc., and the “Switch” LED bulbs by Batteries Plus Bulbs. The laminated shelving was provided by Kurtis Kitchen and Bath Centers. The Ultraform shipping cases were supplied by Abex, and the foam inside them by the Foam Factory. The shipping crates were supplied by Action Wood 360. The director’s chairs were supplied by Optima Graphics, and the table base by The Webstaurant Store. The signage was output by That Color.

We spent all last week (July 29-Aug 4) in Detroit—specifically in the “New Center North” area—to help, pro bono, the non-profit “Life Remodeled” with executing their planned “makeover” of a 48-block neighborhood. We were responsible for all the media and public relations, the design and production of all the promotional materials and signage, and capturing the week-long ‘project’ photographically. We also helped procure the well-deserved “Spirit of Detroit” award given to an organization being honored for an outstanding achievement in service to the citizens of Detroit.

Their goals were to build a brand-new house, renovate 24 other houses (new roofs, new siding, replacing windows and stairs, etc.), board up 150 vacant houses, and “beautify” 48 city blocks (remove blight, trim trees, cut grass, plant flowers, etc.)—all in SIX DAYS! On the seventh day, Sunday, August 4, 2013, at their celebration, they noted that they exceeded all of their goals: The house received the “certificate of occupancy”; they renovated 36 houses; boarded up over 200 houses; and beautified 65 blocks!—an unbelievable effort performed by over 5,300 volunteers.

Life Remodeled is similar to “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” where the house is built in six days—but, they take a more ‘holistic’ approach. What good is a free new home if you can’t maintain the lifestyle necessary to keep it? So, Life Remodeled counsels all families in personal money management, careers, spiritual guidance, and psychological issues for a period of three years—after which, if the family has paid their property taxes and utilities on time, and has kept the house in good repair, they are allowed to purchase the house for just one dollar!

In addition to the house, volunteers ‘extend’ the makeover concept by helping the surrounding neighbors with needs they have—general house repairs, painting, roofing, building wheelchair ramps and repairing stairs, tree trimming, debris removal, landscaping, gardening, and general beautification to ‘remodel’ the entire neighborhood! In the past two years, Life Remodeled has successfully completed five other brand new houses, and given them to deserving families.

We think the non-profit “Life Remodeled” is absolutely fabulous, and have done some pro bono work for their Detroit “build” this summer (as well as for the previous five ‘builds’ they did). We created an overview flyer, Powerpoint presentation, t-shirt artwork, a press release, signage, and helped video the “reveal” telling the family they were selected to receive the house.

Similar to “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” houses are built in six days—but, they take a more ‘holistic’ approach. In addition to businesses, non-profits like Central Detroit Christian, Vanguard Development, Arise Detroit!, Detroit Rescue Mission, E.A.C.H., Wayne State, World Vision and others have also joined in. Metro area churches like Evangel Ministries, Inner City Ministries, Life Changers International, Northridge, Oak Pointe, Second Ebenezer, Ward, Woodside and others have also committed finances and volunteers to the project. [ They all want to show the nation that the “Spirit of Detroit” is not only a statue downtown, but a passion in all ‘Detroiters’ for helping people in need, and reclaiming the ‘glory’ this city once experienced ].

This summer’s project will be the largest in Life Remodeled’s history, and is expected to have over 5,000 volunteers transform a Detroit neighborhood, building a brand new house, renovating 24 others, boarding up at least 150 vacant houses, and “beautifying” 48 city blocks—all in six days!  All this will be happening NEXT WEEK from JULY 29th – AUGUST 4th, 24×7.

Visual Impact Systems helped Systems Integration Specialists Company, Inc. (SISCO) with updating their branding and creating a new trade show booth. We analyzed their industry, competitors, and created a new logo that set them apart. We also provided 3 different-sized “BigFabric” pop-up displays from Expand International, so they can re-configure the booth backwall—from straight, u-shaped, to serpentine—and also be able to attend smaller shows and only take one or two of the displays. To add the finishing touch, we supplied a coordinated table cover and a “BrochureHolder” from Expand.

We helped SISCO visually communicate their mission, which is to “provide world-class, real-time communications and integration solutions to OEM and end-user customers in the energy utility, manufacturing, and other vertical industries based on open internationally accepted standards”. We created the graphics on the displays to visually  show how their products and services “reduce the development cost, technical risk and time-to-market for our customers to adapt existing and emerging open standards-based technologies to build more robust, more open, and more cost-effective solutions for their mission critical products and systems”.

Before going to the show, we provided them with the 3D rendering below to show them what their booth would look like, and how it would fit into the booth space they had.

Visual Impact Systems updated the graphic ‘panels’ of the trade show displays of a long-time client, Weld-Aid Products. Since they had originally purchased the “BigFabric” pop-up display from Expand International, the graphic ‘panel’ is removable (it is attached to the pop-up frame with Velcro), so they just had to have the new graphic produced for the new show they were going to attend.

The graphics were then coordinated with two “QuickScreen III” retractable banner stands, also from Expand International, that will be placed on either side of the BigFabric display, to advertise the Apple iPad giveaway Weld-Aid was going to do.

In addition to the many trade show displays produced for Weld-Aid, Visual Impact Systems also developed their web site. This is a great example of the proven  “Integrated Multimedia“ approach Visual Impact Systems uses to coordinate a company’s marketing message across different media ”outlets’.

Visual Impact Systems helped Axis CrossMedia with trade show exhibits for a few of their clients. The display products from Expand International—“BigFabric” pop-up and a “M2” retractable—were perfect solution for their clients’ needs. These display products allow portability, are quick to set up, easy to use, and have the ability to easily change the marketing message in the future.

Advantage Consulting is an independent practice of caring occupational therapists specializing in treating injuries and cumulative trauma disorders resulting from auto and work related injuries. They wanted to present their new branding and their new service offering, “Work Force Ready,” a therapeutic conditioning program to prepare employees to go back to work after an injury. The BigFabric pop-up display is ‘bookended’ with a couple of M2 retractable banner stands that give general details about the company and the new program.

Axis CrossMedia also did an exhibit for Skyline Property Strategies. They are a full service commercial real estate company that has built long-term relationships by helping professionals lease, buy and build profitable real estate opportunities. Axis also rebranded them to more closely represent what services Skyline was providing.

Why do advertisers and marketers choose certain colors? Well, it’s no secret that different colors evoke different emotions in all of us, but which colors induce which emotions?

Most notably, it is suggested that red stimulates the appetite. Most food franchises like McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Wendy’s, KFC, Chipolte, and Popeye’s use red prominently in their branding. [ Note: That’s why Visual Impact Systems uses a bright red for its corporate color—to spur your ‘appetite’ for quality advertising and marketing services from a dynamic, stimulating, and passionate company! ].

In the ‘corporate’ world, a medium to dark blue is used because it ‘communicates’ stability and productivity. Many of the larger, established worldwide companies like IBM, Ford, HP, Intel, Samsung, Boeing, Unilever, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, GAP, American Express, Panasonic, Microsoft, and LinkedIn al use blue for their logos. (Could the more ‘corporate’ focus be why Facebook’s logo is blue?). In the food ‘world’, red colored foods are typically associated with sweetness—such as strawberry or cherry flavors. By contrast, yellow colored foods are associated with sour flavors like lemons. Green is perceived as tart in flavor, such as apples or limes. Darker colors such as black, blue or purple can actually be perceived as negative by consumers, because those colors are associated with spoiled or rotten foods. It has also been proved that the color of a food can actually influence the taste!
