We created four retractable banner stands for the Michigan Paving & Materials for the “County Road Association of Michigan Road Show” in Lansing Michigan, as well as four table runners for all the companies. We did all the design concepts, final artwork production, the output of the graphics, and the installation of the graphics into the banner stands we provided.

We developed and printed a 78-page asphalt emulsion “guidebook” for Michigan Paving & Materials. It provides very detailed information about is a reference guide for understanding asphalt emulsions, their uses, and their handling and storage properties. It will be given away to federal, state and county highway agencies who are responsible for the care of the roadway infrastructure, and to contractors that perform road construction or repair. This is a very ‘unpretentious’ way of getting their name in front of decision makers. We created a special cover that conceals the spiral coil binding.

We created thank you notecards for Michigan Paving & Materials, Stoneco, and Cadillac Asphalt to use as sales ‘touch’. The images are representative of each company’s products and services, it has their logo on the back, and has a generous amount of room to write a note. We printed these on high-quality cover stock, and laminated the photos to make them ‘pop’.

We helped Michigan Paving & Materials create and distribute their second corporate communications magazine. We created concepts, a template, revised layouts, fine-tuned all the images, created illustrations, provided a print-ready file, and did the press checks. It turned out to be a 60-page magazine, with a unique 10″ square format and was perfect bound. It was mailed in a clear bag to show the beautiful photography on the front and back covers.

Visual Impact Systems created a “Customer Service Values” poster for the “Grand Region” of Michigan Paving & Materials with the “focus word” being “R.E.S.P.E.C.T.,” which they used as an acronym for: “Responsible,” Empathetic,” “Safe,” “Polite,” “Engaged,” “Community-driven,” and “Timely.” The posters will be framed and displayed in all their meeting rooms.

We created a services overview brochure for Michigan Paving & Materials to use for a variety of their offices. It gave details on why MPM is the leader in recycling and reusing old asphalt pavement, and is the largest producer of asphalt in the state of Michigan. In addition to their plants being commended for operational and environmental excellence, one of their highest values is to give back to the communities they are in.
